Our meats exclusively come from the Metzgerei Uhl from Walsdorf. They purchase their meats from local farms with in the guest house's region.

Our carp and other fish specialities are delivered by the family Grimmer from Trabelsdorf.

We purchase our potatoes from our local farmers.

When possible, we purchase our salads from nearby farms or from Denscheilmann from Bamberg.

We purchase our bread and other fine bakery products from the
Bäckerei Söder from Priesendorf.

When possible, our game meats come from local hunters.

Our franconian wine is deliverd by Scharfenberg from Bamberg.

Our beers come from the breweries Beck from Trabelsdorf and Püls from Weismain. 

We bake our home made bread.
